How to Manifest a Good Year

It’s a brand-new year and the prefect time to check in with ourselves, set new goals, reflect and manifest new things. “Manifesting” has been everywhere on social media lately and I think it means different things to different people. For me, manifestation is about turning your dreams into a reality, by being proactive. It’s about wanting something, believing you can achieve it and actively taking steps to make it happen.

So, with that being said. Below are some steps and pointers as to how you can manifest a good year.

1. Be clear about your goals

This is probably the most important step. Knowing what your goals are is super important. In this step you need to clearly define what it is you want to achieve/experience. For example, instead of just saying “I want to find love this year” think about how you want the love to look like ((is it love within yourself, platonic or romantic love, etc)

2. Write your goals down

Once you’ve thought about your goals, WRITE THEM DOWN. This can take place in different ways such as writing them in your journals, developing a vision board or even writing a prayer outlining your goals.

3. Start working towards your goals

Set aside time to think about how you plan to achieve these goals. If your goal is finding romantic love, go to places, meet more people, join dating apps. It only works if you put the work in.

4. Let go of resistance

While you’re putting in the work to see your dreams become a reality, you need to actually believe they will be become a reality. You need to remove any obstacles or limiting beliefs that may affect your vision these include negative self-talk and fear.

5. Trust the process

Sometimes, even when you’re doing all the right things and taking all the right steps, things might not fall into place as seamlessly (and speedy) as you imagine but don’t lose hope. Trust the process and believe your time is coming while putting in the work.
